3. Customs decalration and fees
When we send an international shipment, we are required by law to declare the merchandise to customs at its retail value. Often times this translates to the buyer (you) having to pay a fee to the customs agency of your local government upon receiving the package. There is no way that Hedgehog Leatherworks can predict what these fees will be and we cannot declare your package contents as a gift in order to evade the customs fee.
4. Insurance for lost packages
Every international shipment that we send is insured for the full value of the contents just in case the unlikely event happens that your package is lost in transit.
5. How long before my package arrives?
Shipments to destinations outside the USA usually take 7 - 10 days for arrival and occassionally a bit longer depending on how fast customs in your country processes the shipment. Once we send your order you will receive a tracking email from Fedex that allows you to follow the progress of the package on its way to you. This email will also contain an estimated delivery date.
6. How to calculate the cost of your shipment
Calculating the cost for your shipment is very easy. To get started, simply add the item(s) you would like to your shop cart, just as if you were going to purchase them. Once you have selected all the items you would like, go to your shopping cart and you will notice a button that says "Calculate Total Cost & Shipping". Simply enter your country, state/province, and postal code and then our website will calculate the rate for you when you click the button.
