It is easy to warranty a “safe-queen” leather product that will spend its life as a glorified mantle piece. But that's not us. Hedgehog Leatherworks is all about function - all about dependability - all about dirt time.
Every sheath at Hedgehog is handcrafted by a team of master leathersmiths, requiring as many as 117 painstaking steps to create. Then each sheath undergoes a 38 point quality check. Many near perfect sheaths get recycled through our scrap pile. Only a select few are certified as Hedgehog Leatherworks Sheaths and are approved to ship to you. Good enough is simply not good enough.
Every leather product you buy from Hedgehog comes with a 25 Year Warranty.
No exceptions. No fine print. It is as simple as one, two, three:
- Within 30 days of purchasing your new Hedgehog Leatherworks product, you may return it for any reason and receive a complete refund. The only requirement is that the product must be in its original condition.
- During the next 25 years of owning your sheath, should any hardware break, any stitch come loose, or any form of unintentional damage occur… we will fix it, at our cost, immediately.
- Your sheath is guaranteed for 25 years of serious outdoor survival for the original owner, and the only thing we don't cover is intentional abuse and neglect.
Here at Hedgehog we like to think your sheath should treat you as well as your best dog: trustworthy, dependable, and always ready for adventure. Take good care of your hound and he'll take care of you for years and years.
The same is true for your Hedgehog sheath: Use it as intended and take good care of it… and it will take care of you for 25 years and probably well beyond.
